FB Meta Ads Specialist

Plan, execute, and optimize paid Meta ad campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Perform data analysis to track performance and fine-tune for maximum ROAS
Recommend innovative growth strategies and campaign improvements.
Identify audiences and create retargeting, conversion and engagement strategies.
Work with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals for ads.
Stay up to date on Metas ad tools, trends and algorithm changes.
Monitor and report on trends, A/B tests and platform algorithm changes.
A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Multimedia Arts, or any related field. (Equivalent training or hands-on experience may be accepted in place of formal education)
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in managing Facebook/Meta ads
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, Business Suite, A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Understanding of ad metrics, conversion tracking and data optimization techniques.
