F&B Operations Director (Chinese Cuisine)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals, including identifying new markets and overseeing investment projects like new openings or refurbishments.
• Drive operational efficiency through SOP implementation, training, audits, and compliance with quality, service, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and coach the Operations Team, ensuring clear performance metrics and individual development plans are in place and actively managed.
• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure resource optimization, performance standards, and consistent guest experience.
