Job Summary
Drives Food and Beverage revenue to achieve restaurant and lounge topline goals by proactively selling restaurant reservations, private events, and promotions. Focuses on restaurant and lounge pricing strategy and supports the Food & Beverage Sales Manager in achieving monthly revenue targets. Responsible for selling events in restaurants and bars, upselling menus and beverage packages, generating new business through sales calls, and closing local accounts.
