Service Attendant Overview

Service Attendant is a support role which ensures smooth running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary to recommend confidently and upsell the various products on offer.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Welcome, interact and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner.
• Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and upselling all products, focusing on maximizing sales to meet outlet targets.
• Liaise with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service while confirming that guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
