F&B Supervisor

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Sotogrande Davao Hotel in Ma-a, Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of our food and beverage services, ensuring our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the food and beverage teams, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and food/beverage quality.
• Monitoring inventory, stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
• Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues promptly.
• Providing training and development opportunities for the F&B team.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations.
