Job Description
- Overall Operations Management
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service flow, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor service standards and guest feedback, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high levels of quality
- Ensure all F&B areas comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Banquets & Events Oversight
- Oversee the smooth and efficient flow of all banquet events, from ingress to egress including proper storage of items and equipment
- Coordinate with the Banquets team, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure all event requirements are met
- Monitor service delivery during events, ensuring timely food and beverage service and guest satisfaction
