F&B Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of SOPs, service workflows, and staff training materials.
• Participate in the onboarding, and training of F&B staff
• Ensure outlets are compliant with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service in line with brand standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall readiness of F&B areas.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Report directly to the Group F&B Director on operational progress, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
