F&B Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Supervisor overseas daily operations of the food and beverage service areas to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role supports management by supervising staff, coordinating service, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in food & beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
• Proven experience in restaurant service operations, basic kitchen coordination, and event/banquet service.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP, food handling).
