FBC Donor Database Manager

Fighting Blindness Canada is seeking a Donor Database Manager for a hybrid role that centers on enhancing our data management practices. Expertly manage the donor database while supporting fundraising initiatives and organizational goals.

In this full-time position, reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, you will take the lead on the donor data strategy using Raiser’s Edge NXT. This role encompasses database management, vendor negotiations, budget oversight, and collaboration with various departments. You'll analyze data to provide insights for effective fundraising and maintain strong donor relationships.
