About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the Commissions Systems team , supporting the Incentives & Compensation function. This role acts as a bridge between Business and IT, helping deliver solutions that support commission and bonus calculations across multiple lines of business.

You will work in a fast-paced environment handling financial data, ensuring accuracy while contributing to system improvements, testing, and ongoing operations.
