About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the
Commissions Systems team
, supporting the Incentives & Compensation function.
This role acts as a bridge between Business and IT, helping deliver solutions that support commission and bonus calculations across multiple lines of business.
You will work in a fast-paced environment handling financial data, ensuring accuracy while contributing to system improvements, testing, and ongoing operations.
What You'll Do
Act as a liaison between Business and IT to support system-related needs.
Understand business processes, systems, and objectives to provide effective solutions.
Perform impact analysis and support effort and cost estimation.
Develop and document functional specifications and system design components.
