Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

• Administers first aid treatment/medical procedures in all medical cases.
• Disseminates health and safety awareness information thru one-on-one health teaching, information bulletin and hand- outs.
• Issues medical and dental referrals, leaves and ID gate pass to employees.
• Issues laboratory requests to employees who are candidates for regularization. (APE)
• Issues fit to work slips to fully recovered employees and sent home slips to employees with symptomatic complaints.
• Handles budget control of employees who incurred work-connected injuries.
• Files/records diagnosis and treatment of employees to patient’s chart and keep it confidential.
• Accomplishes records on sickness, maternity notification and occupational accidents. ...
