Job Description 
This role is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors, overseeing engineering solutions and project coordination for manufacturing. The role manages multiple projects by applying advanced subject matter knowledge, and ensures resource allocation, schedules, and costs align with goals and organizational roadmaps. The role maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drives process improvement initiatives, and champions operational excellence in manufacturing. 
 
Responsibilities 
• Leads and govern Change Implementation (FCI) processes, ensuring all manufacturing changes (process, tooling, materials, suppliers, BOM, layout, software, or test changes) are properly reviewed, documented, approved, and implemented.
