We are looking for a friendly and organized Zoom Host to greet participants and guide them to their assigned Zoom rooms. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, customer support experience, and be flexible with working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all participants joining the Zoom platform.

Move participants to their designated Zoom rooms.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of sessions.

Provide basic assistance with joining the correct room if needed.

Maintain a professional and welcoming environment during all sessions.

Requirements:

Prior customer support experience is required.

Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
