Summary This position is assigned to the OSD/Joint Services Operations Branch (N9S); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Incumbent serves as the Headquarters (HQ) Fee Assistance Provider Qualifying Manager, providing oversight of the DoD Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) Provider Qualifying Team. The position is responsible for oversight and coordination of all functions related to the execution of the DoD MCCYN Provider Qualifying Team within the CNIC HQ N9S Division.
