Feedmill Manager

Job Summary

The Feedmill Manager responsible for leading and controlling all feed manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production of high-quality animal feeds. The role focuses heavily on production execution, plant efficiency, output, and people management, while working closely with Quality Assurance, Nutrition, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily feedmill production operations: grinding, batching, pelleting, cooling, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure production output meets volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Implement and enforce GMP, HACCP, and feed safety standards
• Monitor and improve production KPIs: MT/day, yield, downtime, OEE, wastage, and cost per MT
• Supervise production supervisors, operators, and technicians
• Plan manpower and shift schedules to maximize productivity
