Female Accounts Executive – Qatar (School Transport Company)

A reputed School Transport Company in Doha, Qatar is looking for an experienced Female Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer, supplier, cash, and bank ledgers
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Generate invoices and follow up on receivables
• Verify supplier, fuel, maintenance, and spare parts invoices
• Control expenses and report variances to management
• Prepare monthly salary sheets and WPS files
• Maintain staff advances, deductions, and settlements
• Assist in VAT returns and audit coordination
• Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (transport/logistics preferred)
