Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments with potential B2B clients from provided leads.
Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s products and generate interest.
Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment conversions and pipeline growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Deliver excellent communication and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls, appointments, and conversions.
Requirements:
Female candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
