Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists. 
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. 
Ensure high guest satisfaction by coordinating with service and kitchen teams. 
Requirements: 
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (restaurant/café preferred). 
Presentable, friendly, and guest-focused personality. 
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
