Female Service Lead

Overview

Safe, consistent and engaging environment where the ladies are supported to live life their way. This role is 80% on shift and 20% off‑shift completing admin, though flexibility is essential as service needs may require full shift‑based working at times.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
• Acting as a positive role model and supervising staff.
• Leading reviews with the ladies and key stakeholders.
• Developing, reviewing and maintaining support plans and risk assessments.
• Completing medication and finance audits.
• Supporting safeguarding processes alongside management.
• Supporting with household chores, shopping, medication management and attending appointments.
• Supporting community activities and daily routines.
• Leading and contributing to team meetings.
