 :- Handling of clients call everyday. 
Keeping a full record of calling and transferring to the required team on time. 
Maintaining of Excel sheet and maintaining documents of client. 
Be in touch with the senior authorities. 
Replaying and Sending mails to our clients. 
Daily updation of every day schedule. 
Good communication skills in Hindi and English. 
Knowledge of writing and forming e-mail sentences.
