The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing technical specifications and developing manufacturing projects and procedures for cable production.
This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving overall production efficiency.
- Analyze technical specifications and develop manufacturing projects and procedures for cable products.
- Plan and implement cost-reduction initiatives and capacity improvements.
- Evaluate raw materials and manufacturing equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, provide on-site support, and analyze nonconformities to define corrective and improvement actions.
- Conduct training programs for production personnel and develop standardized operating and inspection procedures.
- Support the specification and selection of machines and products, and validate software used in the production process.
