Fermentation Assistant Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Know in detail regarding process of Media In, pH, Critical Point and Contamination Occurs.
• Monitor 'Media In' transfer to Seed and Main tank and check volume of capacity at Seed/Main tank before process of transferring
• Check sample for pH once media in at Seed/Main tank and to do sampling at fermentation lab in order to ensure pH are per management order
• Ensure sampling result at seed tank similar with PLC computer
• Adjust sampling result at PLC if the result testing at fermentation lab is difference by manually
• Understand range of result of acceptable for management
• Control process of transferring JAR to SEED (OJB- Osh Jar Broth), SEED to MAIN and communicate with JAR operator before transferring bacteria from JAR to SEED
• Key in data (Report) at PLC computer at control room
