Job description:
AECI Plant Health is looking for a suitably qualified Ferti Liquids Plant Operator at the Company's Modderfontein site to ensure effective operation of blending reactors and associated equipment. The role will focus on the production of various grades of fertilizer products in compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements; as well as the loading and offloading of bulk tankers.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for producing various products in line with production demand and specifications.
Ensure adherence to instructions from the Team Leader regarding low strength fertilizer quantities and blending procedures.
Operate and monitor multiple blending reactors and tanks, ensuring all machinery is maintained in a safe and functional condition.
Maintains strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Report all breakdowns, unsafe conditions, and deviations promptly to the Team Leader.
