Festive - sales manager retail

The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Developing and leading an efficient sales force. Growing strong relationships and profitable share in critical customers and groups. Compiling and driving Annual Sales Plans. Achievement of Sales KPIs. Daily customer management and striving for excellent customer service. Managing daily/weekly sales administration. Regular customer visits and meetings. Attending to customer complaints. Driving and coordinating export sales. Daily/weekly pallet reconciliation. Responsible for market intel and the sales strategy.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Formal sales qualification will be an advantage. Minimum 7 years experience in the FMCG trade.
