FF&E Designer

Overview

On-site - Makati. 1-3 Yrs Exp. Bachelor. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the design team on FF&E requirements and selection.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on all project related information pertaining to FF&E.
• Attend meetings with the client and take ownership of material boards and furniture presentations.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the client and their requirements.
• Prepare material boards and relevant documentation.
• Prepare the necessary documentation required for the creation of purchase requests of furniture, special finishes and special design items.
• Pre-sourcing of furniture, finished and specialty items.
• Establish a network of vendors, suppliers and special service providers.
• Willingness to travel (local and international).
• Software competency: MS Office programs, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop.
