Key Responsibilities

Store Grading & Clustering

• Develop and update store grading systems based on sales potential, footprint, and other key metrics.
• Create and refine store clusters to optimize resource allocation and coverage.
• Design and implement mall leader deployment plans to maximize coverage and field force efficiency.
• Analyze market data to identify target areas for coverage expansion and guide deployment efforts.
