FG & RM Planner

The FG & RM Planner is responsible for generating and managing the production and raw materials plan for the local manufacturing facility, ensuring product availability for Goodyear markets worldwide. This role optimizes inventory levels, aligns cross‑functional planning processes, and maintains strong communication with regional teams, customer markets, manufacturing, and raw material suppliers. The position also develops action plans to improve inventory quality and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.



**What You’ll Do**



+ Develop inventory policies and create integrated production and raw material plans aligned with demand, plant capacity, and S&OP requirements.

+ Coordinate closely with regional planning teams to ensure alignment on strategy, tools, and short‑ to long‑term planning processes.
