FGWH Shift Lead

Overview
To achieve highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent planning, organizing, supervising and participating in daily warehouse operation and activities, including safe receipt, retrieval and timely dispatch of Finish Goods to destination in accordance with health, safety and FEFO requirements while complying with all PepsiCo policies, food safety, AIB and adhering to strict inventory control and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
• Ensure effective utilization of WMS (warehouse management system) at both inbound & outbound
