Job Description

What You'll Do
You will lead FI projects and coach FI project team to achieve plant gross saving targets.
You will use, teach and promote continuous improvement tools and good project management principles using Goodyear tools and techniques.
You will ensure accuracy of reporting at project level in cooperation with Finance.
You will support the FI needs for all other Plant Optimization (PO) pillars and initiatives
You will support IE/FI Manager to select appropriate projects. Lead and coordinate FI projects. Lead activities towards PO Pillar House initiatives.
You will support the implementation from the workplace organization and production flow pillars.
You will take appropriate actions to support and maintain PO Pillar structure. Support the IE/FI Manager to review and consolidate the monthly report. Assist when needed for projects to move forward.
