Fiber Splicer (Lead & Entry-Level) – MDU Projects
Location: Massachusetts

We are hiring two Fiber Technicians to support a statewide initiative focused on expanding affordable WiFi access across low-income housing communities. This project involves fiber optic installation within multi-dwelling units (MDUs). Openings include one Lead Fiber Splicer and one Entry-Level Helper.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in high-impact infrastructure work with steady project demand.
Responsibilities:
+ Pull, route, and secure fiber optic cabling within MDUs
+ Perform fiber splicing, terminations, and basic testing (Lead role)
+ Assist with installation, cable management, and job site prep (Helper role)
+ Interpret basic prints and follow structured cabling standards
+ Maintain clean and organized job sites
