What You’ll Do
As a Fiberglass Finisher, you’ll play a vital role in the final look and feel of our iconic vessels by:

+ Performing fiberglass and gel coat repairs to achieve a high‑quality finish

+ Sanding and buffing surfaces efficiently—no burn‑through, just perfection

+ Identifying gel coat defects such as cracks, thin gel, or surface distortion

+ Mixing gel coat and resins for repairs and spot‑spraying with precision
