FICA Compliance Officer

Auction Nation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FICA Compliance Officer to oversee and strengthen the organization's compliance framework in line with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and related regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that customer onboarding, due diligence processes, record-keeping, and reporting obligations are effectively managed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with FICA and related anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.


• Conduct and oversee customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.


• Verify and maintain customer identification and verification records.
