Job Description:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts within a defined geographic territory
• Conduct regular in-field visits to customers to build relationships and understand business needs
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of products or services
• Prospect and develop new accounts through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field outreach
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales targets and company objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or business development
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
