A leading international fertilizer and biostimulator organization is seeking a knowledgeable, field-driven Agronomist to support both the sales team and customers with expert agronomic advice.

This is a non-sales, field-based technical role, focused on optimizing crop performance across a diverse range of row crops and high-value crops. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, improving on-farm results, and supporting continued business growth within South Africa.

Reports to: Head of Agronomy

The Field Agronomist will provide technical agronomic support to Technical Sales Representatives and customers by developing tailored fertilisations and crop nutrition programs.
