Field Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, including product selection, application guidance, and failure analysis.
• Work closely with the sales team to assist customers in product evaluation, testing, and implementation.
• Conduct technical presentations and training sessions to introduce product features and application advantages.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and competitor information, and provide feedback to internal R&D and product teams.
• Support on-site troubleshooting, debugging, and technical verification.
• Assist in new product promotion and preparation of technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Communication, or related fields.
