1. Work with the IC or package designers by leveraging experience at Multiphysics.



2. Work closely with the customers to address their needs utilizing calibre 3Dstack/3Dthermal/3Dstress and other SiemensEDA products and services, such as DRC/LVS/xACT/PERC.



3. Deliver and conduct technical presentations, demo and training for tool promotion and tool usage expansion.
