Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [Field Applications Engineer] located in [TW Taipei Wugu Site].
The role reports to the Global Production Quality Lead and supports Onsite OSV, quality issue handling and build relationship customers in Taipei.
What a typical day looks like:
Onsite Verifications for customer RMAs before return to factory, OSV test report/ FA report prepared.
Taipei customer factory compliant issue onsite verification and initial failure analysis.
Flex and customer site test conditions /tester gap analysis when handling the quality issue.
OSV fixture maintains and optimized, SOP and setup at customer side if needed.
Customer site sorting /rework etc. support if needed.
