Chips are shrinking, becoming increasingly powerful and complex. But as a result, currently used metrology systems in the semiconductor industry no longer meet process control requirements. Nearfield Instruments offers the solution in terms of speed, precision and the capability of measuring the very latest, most complex 3D nanostructures. As a metrology application engineer, you will play a key role in identifying and meeting each customer’s metrology needs.
