Field Applications Scientist, Bioinformatics

We are looking for a Field Application Scientist, Bioinformatics, to partner closely with our Sales team and customers. You'll provide pre- and post-sales technical expertise across our sequencing platforms and software — helping users design experiments, analyse data, and achieve successful outcomes while strengthening long-term relationships. 

Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Partner with the Sales team to provide pre- and post-sales technical expertise across Oxford Nanopore sequencing platforms and software.
• Deliver technical consultations throughout the customer journey, including experimental design, workflow optimisation, and data analysis guidance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers with best practices for Oxford Nanopore technologies and successful solution adoption.
• Deliver technical presentations, trainings, and on-site engagements at customer sites, key accounts, and scientific meetings. ...
