Field Architect

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; preferably with license
At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position
With exposure to architectural building construction faade, interfacing of works, familiarity with architectural materials finishes and methodologies
Can do material takeoff and billing evaluation
Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
Monitor all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on-site based on submitted and approved work sequence and methodology.
Ensure that all subcontractor works are on proper execution and compliance.
Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
Assist in the preparation of work instructions and method statements for works.
Monitoring and preparation of weekly and monthly reports for submission.
