Field Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Field Architect estimates materials requirements, checks layouts, and monitors accomplishment of work.

STANDARD QUALIFICATION:

A. Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

· At least one-two (1-2) years technical work experience in high rise construction projects

· Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications

· Ability to control interphasing of structural works

· Knowledge of environment, health and safety (EHS) standards and procedures

· Project management skills

· Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Intermediate

· CADD software-Intermediate

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage

· Verbal and written communication skills-Advanced

· Professional attitude and appearance

C. Eligibility

Licensed Architect

Willing to be assigned at Binan Laguna Projects.
