Field Architect

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; preferably with license
• At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position
• With exposure to architectural building construction faade, interfacing of works, familiarity with architectural materials finishes and methodologies
• Can do material takeoff and billing evaluation
• Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on-site based on submitted and approved work sequence and methodology.
• Ensure that all subcontractor works are on proper execution and compliance.
• Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of work instructions and method statements for works.
• Monitoring and preparation of weekly and monthly reports for submission.
