Field Associate

**Field Associate****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Administrate resources to carry out nursery and ICB planting, pollination and harvest to secure quality, in-time in-full seed returns.
- Take lead responsibility for field mapping, planting, plot identification, harvesting, data collection and data management with internal IT systems.
- Complete and/or participate in safety inspections/training and comply with all company policies, code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
- Follow up the work Instructions and participate in QMS Internal Audit.
- Supervise and train contractors and seasonal employees on standard operating procedures and tool operations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by pipelines, breeders, and scientists.
