The Field Audit Associate is responsible for conducting on-site audits across company branches or warehouses to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. This role plays a key part in identifying process inefficiencies, mitigating risk, and safeguarding company assets, particularly in the handling, storage, and distribution of salt and chemical products.

Job Description

• Conduct regular and ad hoc field audits at company branches or warehouses (nationwide).
• Verify accuracy of inventory records for salt, chemicals, and other agri-products, including spot checks and physical counts.
• Review documentation including purchase orders, delivery receipts, sales invoices, and stock movement reports.
• Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to understand and audit operational workflows.
