Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible in accurate encoding of assigned store count sheets for Happy Skin
Responsible in generating store variances and ensure timely reconciliation of audited data (done at least every 2 months per platform)
Responsible for accurate auditing of inventory levels within multiple retail/ecommerce locations.
Communicates with retail/e-commerce employees, operations and management to ensure proper recording of all transactions.
Monitor and control discrepancies by implementing Inventory management procedures.
Analyzes data obtained by using problem solving skills to determine that activities and transactions within the stores are adhering to company policies.
Prepares detailed reports based on specific findings that communicate actionable results which are then presented to Management.
