MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAgricultural Diploma/Degree 
At least 3 years' experience in tree crops 
Knowledge of Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production 
Must have good record keeping skills 
Ability to work under pressure 
Attention to detail 
Must be hardworking, driven to succeed and initiative 
Excellent communication 
Valid driver's license 
Valid passport
