**Role Overview**

Enable, standardize, and improve field operations across all Middle East countries through processes, digital tools, data, and operational governance. Ensure field teams work efficiently, safely, and consistently under a unified operational model.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Excellence & Standardization**

+ Define and implement standardized processes, KPIs, audits, and governance across ME.
+ Harmonize time sheets and activity reporting to ensure comparable measurement across countries.
+ Lead annual review of maintenance routes with Country Leaders.

**Field Enablement**

+ Develop manuals, SOPs, and best practices.
+ Support Supervisors and Country Leaders in adopting new processes and tools.
