Field Care Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our home care services in both our Brighton and Crawley region.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Coordinator:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
