About the Role: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a vital part of our management service delivery team. Your role will involve overseeing and managing personal care services for Homeowners, ensuring that our care provision is tailored to individual needs and preferences. You’ll work closely with the Care Performance Manger to supervise Care & Support Assistants, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and contribute to the creation of personalized care plans that promote dignity, privacy, and positive outcomes.
